Hyperpigmentation Facial

This facial treats melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and sunspots. It begins with gentle chemical exfoliation or the Green Power peel (liquid microneedling aka spicule peel). To finish the treatment, clients will receive hydrofacial serum infusion or serum nanoneedling. All clients receive LED phototherapy treatment (aka red light treatment) and a mini aftercare kit. Best for: Clients with hyperpigmentation that’s resistant to typical treatments Clients receiving this treatment should already have a tyrosinase inhibitor in their skin care routine. Sensitive Skin Facial

Designed to repair the skin barrier, soothe reactive skin, and enhance sensitive skin, this facial is suitable for pregnant or nursing clients and clients with dry skin as well. No extractions are done during this service, which features a full-face lymphatic massage, gentle exfoliation, and a soothing hydrojelly mask Not recommended for: clients in need of extractions up to 75 min

Anti-Aging Facial

Designed to target the signs of aging, such as loss of elasticity, sun damage, and/or fine lines and wrinkles, this treatment extends into the neck and chest. Beginning with dermaplaning or hydrofacial to exfoliate, this facial also features a lifting massage, nanoneedling, and a firming mask. Microcurrent may also be used if indicated. Not recommended for: clients with epilepsy or seizure disorders up to 90 minutes

Green Power Peel

The Green Power Peel features a spicule peel by Lira Clinical. Also known as Liquid Microneedling, this facial uses a Korean treatment to combine the benefits of chemical peels and microneedling with less risk and less downtime. Fantastic for clients with melasma, the Green Power Peel also treats aging and dullness and promotes collagen production. Katie's Choice Facial

Looking for a luxury, clinical facial experience curated personally for you? The Katie's Choice facial involves an intensive skin analysis and skin care routine recommendations. Two of the following options will be chosen to best fit your specific needs: Green power peel (aka spicule peel, aka liquid microneedling), hydrofacial, and/or dermaplaning. Hydrating enzymes and facial nanoneedling stimulate the skin while you receive an aromatherapy face, neck, and scalp massage. DermeLuxx Express HydroFacial

The fast hydrofacial for downtown Silver Spring. Featuring hydrofacial exfoliation (similar to microdermabrasion, but gentler), hydrofacial serum infusion, and LED phototherapy (aka red light treatment), this facial is best for clients who want a quick glow without committing to a treatment plan. No extractions are done with this treatment. 30-45 minutes

Signature DermeLuxx HydroFacial

A unique hydrofacial for Silver Spring, this facial is best for clients with dry, dehydrated, or aging skin, but everyone can benefit from the hydrodermabrasion (hydrofacial exfoliation) featured in this facial. Featuring Zemit's highly concentrated serums, the hydro infusion step hydrates the skin. This facial features extractions if needed, as well as a treatment mask. A cold therapy massage (cryotherapy) is followed by oxygen spray and LED phototherapy (aka red light treatment) 75 to 90 minutes

Dermaplaning Facial

Dermaplaning involves the use of a specially designed scalpel to remove vellous hair and exfoliate dead skin cells, providing a beautiful glow, improved product penetration, and a smooth base for make-up. This facial includes a treatment mask and LED phototherapy (red light treatment). Please schedule at least 72 hours before you need to wear make up. NOT appropriate for: Clients with active breakouts, Clients who have events within 72 hours, clients with rosacea, clients who use retinols or benzoyl peroxide. 45-60 minutes

Body Facial

If your back, chest, or butt needs a little tlc, this facial is for you. When you arrive, you will let me know the body part that will receive the treatment (only one part per facial). This treatment includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, any necessary extractions, and mask. 45 minutes

Using targeted products and treatments for body acne (sometimes called bacne), I focus on one body part at a time. Scar Treatments

Originally designed to treat scars from gender affirming surgery, this treatment uses scar massage, hydrojelly mask, and the Green Power Peel (aka liquid microneedling aka spicule peel) to treat any scar on the body. Best for clients seeking to firm and tighten the body, maintain results from exercise and surgery, or to relieve discomfort due to swelling or bloating. This service is not intended to replace medical procedures, nor does this service involve manipulation of the muscles. Clients looking for body contouring, lymphatic massage, or post-op services should book this service.

Chemical Peel/Microneedling Consult

$12.00 deposit required

This mini-facial is your first step to booking a chemical peel or microneedling! As a way of making sure your skin is prepared for the treatment, this consultation will be hands-on. We may patch-test your skin for reactivity and you will leave with pre-treatment products. Cost of consult reflects cost of mini-facial and is not a deposit for the peel.
